Hopefully you're 100% happy with your ASAP purchase from the get-go. If for any reason you change your mind, you can put through a request for a refund up to 30 days after you receive your order.
To receive a full refund please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line "30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee'. You’ll need to return everything back in it's original packaging in a resellable condition. Please note at this time we do not cover the cost of returns.
If anything is missing or not returned in a resellable condition, we may not be able to process your refund.
A restocking fee of 30% applies to all returned orders. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
To give you peace of mind, all products purchased off our website come with an international 1 year (365 day) warranty from the date of purchase. You will be required to retain proof of purchase to make a warranty claim.
If you have a factory defect or find your product to be faulty within the warranty period, please email the Customer Happiness Team on email@example.com to arrange an assessment. Once we have assessed the defect, we will arrange a replacement and cover shipping costs if deemed defective. We will however not cover any additional costs incurred by your local customs.
