To give you peace of mind, all products purchased off our website come with an international 1 year (365 day) warranty from the date of purchase. You will be required to retain proof of purchase to make a warranty claim.
If you have a factory defect or find your product to be faulty within the warranty period, please email the Customer Happiness Team on firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange an assessment. Once we have assessed the defect, we will arrange a replacement and cover shipping costs if deemed defective. We will however not cover any additional costs incurred by your local customs.
Please note all sales are final and no refunds or exchanges will be permitted for products where you have simply changed your mind or purchased from the wrong collection. This includes situations where you have purchased cables for the wrong device.
