However, please be advised that there are countries that have been flagged by couriers as ‘restricted’ or ‘high risk’. These countries currently include Belarus, Cote d'Ivoire, Cuba, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, North Korea, Sierra Leone, Sudan, Syria & Zimbabwe.
If you wish to purchase a power bank but live in any of the above-listed destination countries, we will strive to make alternative arrangements so that you can receive your product.
How long will it take for me to receive my power bank?
Please allow for up to 15 days for your power bank to be delivered.
Once you place an order online, we will process it within 1-2 business days. You will then receive a tracking number that will provide you with real-time alerts as your package makes its way from our warehouse to your destination.
Orders typically take between 5-15 days for delivery, but there have been some cases where deliveries can take up to 4-6 weeks. The timeline for delivery largely depends on where you live. All our deliveries are shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse, so please take this into consideration when waiting for your delivery, especially if you’re located overseas.
