    How long will it take for me to receive my GaN charger?

    You can expect to receive your GaN charger within 5-15 business days.

    All orders placed on our website are processed within 1-2 business days. You will also receive a tracking number within 4 business days. Once you’ve received your tracking number, you will then get up to date alerts and can keep track of where your delivery is in real-time. 

    Please be advised that there may be some delay depending on your destination and other factors such as public holidays. All our shipments come from our Hong Kong warehouse. While uncommon, some deliveries may take as long as 4-6 weeks for some destinations.
