Which range do I have?

We have built several magnetic cable ranges since 2016. Tips and cables are not cross-compatible between ranges. A Connect Pro tip will not work with an Infinity cable even though both carry 100W, so check which range you own before ordering a replacement.

The quickest check is to count the pins on the end of your cable and on the tip in your device.

Buying new? Choose Connect Pro. It is the range we actively develop, it carries 100W so one cable charges a phone and a laptop, and the built in amp reader shows you exactly what your device is drawing.
